Welcome to my little slice of the pie...

speaking of pie....i'd just like to share a simple pie recipe of my mom's that's one of my favorites !

 

Crustless Custard Pie

Beat together:

3 eggs & 1/4 tsp salt

add & mix:

2 T. flour, 1/2 cup sugar

2 cups milk, 1 t. vanilla

Pour into pie plate

Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

Simple right? and tasty!!
